1. What are your monthly rates?
Pools - Our prices start at $180/month for once weekly visits. All chemicals are included in that price. We also offer twice a week visits.
Lawns - Our prices start at $150/month for 22 visits per year (bi-weekly) and $235/month for 44 visits per year (weekly); both billed flat monthly rate, year round. (Prorated)
2. How often do you service my pool / lawn?
Pools - we offer once a week, twice a week or for commercial accounts, as much as 6 times a week
Lawns - we offer bi-weekly services (22 visits per year) or weekly services (44 visits per year)
3. What services does my pool subscription include?
For our pools, services include the following at each visit:
Skimming and vacuuming
Brushing and equipment inspections
Chemical testing and balancing
Filter maintenance (baskets emptied, backwashing, and cleaning)
Salt cell cleaning
After each visit, you’ll receive a detailed service report and photo update straight to your inbox for peace of mind.
4. What services does my lawn subscription include?
Our services include the following at each visit:
Routine mowing and trimming
Weed eating and edging for clean lines
Blowing off driveways, patios, and sidewalks
Weed control in flower beds and hardscapes
Hedge trimming and shaping
Email updates with photos after each visit for total peace of mind
5. Do you offer free estimates?
Yes! We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all plumbing services. We'll assess the your needs, explain your options, and give you honest, upfront pricing before any work begins.
6. Can you help with a new pool build or landscaping renovation?
Absolutely. We make sure everything is done up to code and on schedule. No project is too big or small.
